Orders SHIP out Monday - Friday* only. Orders placed by 10pm (EST) will ship out the following business day unless a specific future delivery date was entered when you placed your order. Orders placed on a Thursday (before 10pm EST) may ship out Friday if 'Saturday' delivery is available; otherwise, it will not ship out until Monday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 10pm on Thursday through Sunday will ship out Monday (excluding holidays). Placing an order just prior to a holiday will affect shipping and delivery days.
Example 1: If your order is placed on Tuesday, it will ship out on Wednesday for either Thursday or Friday delivery, depending upon the shipping option you have chosen
Example 2: If your order is placed on Friday, it will ship out Monday for either Tuesday or Wednesday delivery, depending upon the shipping option you have chosen
*OPTIONAL SATURDAY DELIVERY:
For orders placed before 10pm (EST) on Thursday, we can ship your order on Friday for 'Saturday' delivery to residential addresses only located in the 1-day transit time on the Ground Delivery map. All other Saturday deliveries, including commercial addresses, require a $15 surcharge imposed by FED EX. You may still place your order and we will contact you regarding the additional shipping charge.
"GROUND/HOME" DELIVERY is only available when shipping to an address in the red or blue shaded areas of the Ground Delivery map. Click here to view the Ground Delivery map.
2ND DAY SHIPPING:
You can choose 2-Day transit and you will receive fresh bagels and
products. However, do not select 2-Day shipping from May 1 - October 31 if your order contains cream cheese and/or lox and is outside the 1-Day transit time on the Ground delivery map. Although packed
in a separate container with ice packs inside the shipping box, NY Bagel And Bialy cannot guarantee the quality of products if in transit more than one day during the warmer climate.
There are no Monday deliveries due to NO TRANSIT on Sundays. Delivery “times” vary by location so we recommend making recipient aware of the date of arrival to ensure prompt receipt of order. NY Bagel And Bialy is not responsible for orders that are left unattended or undeliverable due to unavailable recipients. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are sent to a location, whether residential or commercial, where someone is there to accept the package. Although we authorize FED EX to leave packages without a signature, enforcement of this request is at the discretion of the individual transit carrier servicing the local route. NY Bagel And Bialy cannot be held responsible for items delayed due to extreme weather conditions and natural disasters. However, if you experience a delivery delay or failure, we will be happy to assist with filing a claim with FED EX.
